The Rural Municipality of Harris No. 316 is a rural area located in Saskatchewan, Canada, home to a population of approximately 193. It is located south west of Saskatoon and north east of Rosetown, and consists of Townships 31, 32, and 33 in Ranges 10, 11, and 12 west of the Third Meridian. The municipality is home to the villages of Harris and Tessier, as well as the localities of Brisbin and Crystal Beach.

Agriculture plays a significant role in the economy of the municipality, with a variety of farm land found within its borders. The municipality partners with the village of Harris to provide various services, including the fire department, recreation facilities, and landfill site. It also supports the Wheatland Regional Library and provides funding for the West Central Enterprise Region, a regional economic development authority.

In the 2021 Census of Population, the RM of Harris No. 316 had a population of 205 living in 85 of its 96 total private dwellings, a change of 6.2% from its 2016 population of 193. With a land area of 807.34 km2, it had a population density of 0.3/km2. The municipality is governed by an elected council and is overseen by the reeve David Husband and the appointed administrator Adrienne Urban. The RM's office is located in Harris. The municipality is home to several attractions, including the Leonard Farm Museum, Crystal Beach Regional Park, Crystal Beach Lake Prairie National Wildlife Area, Prairie National Wildlife Area, and the Harris Heritage Museum.
